What the heck is the deal with these shops trying to charge every time you go in even tho it is for a problem they should have fixed the first time ???I had this problem with Clark Power Systems .Started with a field guy in a service truck. Finally wound up having to take the unit 150 miles away to their main shop at my expense .To their credit ,they fixed it there but this was three times to their shop .I was charged all three times I took it back and to make a long story short I wound up paying $4500.00 for a 20 dollar gasket and a gal of Transend. They did agree to give me credit for a tcm that was installed on the first call provided I would let them take the unit out that they installed to start with and put my "old "unit back in.Well they did not give me the old unit back (which I should have insisted on)so I had no way of knowing whether the unit they but back was the same unit that they took out.I mean they had screwed with this thing a year and I couldn't believe that they still had my old unit just laying around to where they could get their hands on it that easy, and I couldn't come up with a serial number for my old one.

Next time some one is in the Three Forks Montana area and needs help look me up. I'm about 15 miles North of I 90 just out side there. Been tinkering on the diesels for a few years, about 30 of them. I have a shop with most tools you need to work on most diesels, Buy the parts and a STEAK or 2 for dinner and we'll get ur back on the road.
