Are you going to list the rally on upcoming events with information for those that haven't seen this and might want to come. What's the latest count on confermed rigs coming?

I just got it listed on the event site today. I am not certain about a count yet.  I have gotten several emails stating they would be here and several maybes, several "I hope to" and a couple without buses that are coming.  If anyone else will definitely, will possibly, will hopefully, or just wanna come, please let us know so that we can start getting a better head count and others will know who is coming also. I am looking forward to it so much.

Just to bump this up a little bit and remind everyone how to get here:

Giving the street address doesn't do any good because every mapping service has it wrong for some reason.

hmmm, found 'em again: 31.012399,-96.50699 we are a mile south of Franklin on the left as you head north on US 79, about a half mile north of J&S Tire service. When you see the red storage units, we are the next driveway.
If you head south, we are a mile south of Franklin on the right. If you see the red storage units, we are the driveway right before them.

US 79 huh, shoot if they just follow US 79 N after leaving your place they can come up here!

Not much to update yet.  Still waiting for a better head count.

All non-alcoholic drinks are provided, all paper products are being provided.  Meals are pot luck except breakfast and for that we have donuts coming. I think we are having briskets for one meal, possibly chicken and burgers also. Please tell your wives not to get fancy with anything they bring unless they just enjoy cooking.  Don't plan on buying fancy foods in town either because we have one tiny grocery store and the closest Walmart is 40 miles away.

Bring any bus stuff you want to sell and yard sale stuff also.  That stuff can be set up at your site. Anything you, or your wives, want to give away will be put in a different spot.  No, wives.....you cannot give away your husbands. 

The only cost will be your campsite and those are $27.00 a night.  If you want to come without your bus and stay the weekend there is a hotel 1 mile away. If you want to make it a day trip that's great also.
