Thats why there is the slider at the bottom of the videos, so you can move it to what you want to see or know about. I have got a lot of good info off of youtube on all kinds of subjects. Sure just like here you have to weed out the junk and the know-it-alls.
I get some good info there BNO,BGM and BCM. They all seem to have there place. :^ IMHO

I got some info off Utube 1 time on how to change the light bulb in the GE mircowave ,I could not find that bulb and there was nothing in the book about changing it,one of the few times I  watched a Utube, with me I don't like Google or any thing they are involved with like a cell phone

When you are bashing you head against the wall in a high stress situation like inconveniencing other people; any source of help is a god send!!!

Recently spend a couple of hours unable to start my bus at a Costco station and was about ready to call a tow truck.

Managed to suck enough energy out of house batteries to recharge one of my two twelve volt batteries for a 24v system; that plus the jump start cart from the tire shop got me back on the road.

If it works give it credit as it feeds our tribal knowledge and maybe the next guy doesn't have to fess up to an awh $#!%....

PS. was in the process of reconfiguring things and needed to go on a trip without testing...

Good points. There are nuggets in all the swamps. Just need to get skills to find them with the least wading through them. Youtube is a great resource if you find those nuggets.
Not sure if Clifford was talking about a can of bean before after being eaten. I'm guessing he's talking about eating fresh beans and not smelling what's left over.

People come here for help respect my no You Tube video some will sneak one though from time to time. You go into a resturant and a table of 10 or more people will be texting or watching videos it's not for me.I don't do many photos either and send, when I was selling the Trek people would ask for as many 25 photos who has time for that all they got from me was 4 max

I use the same handle on FB, with a space for first and last name:  buswar rior
Find me, and that gives you a selection of bus groups.

That's a great idea, I wish I had thought of it. I got on Facebook with an alias because Clifford recommended it (not the alias, that was my idea because Facebook is so rabid about sharing you and recommending "friends"). Yes, there are a few people with good knowledge, but there are a lot of people with inane useless comments and harmful information. I really wonder if the Facebook staffers add in comments to postings such as "cool bus", "great picture", etc. They definitely insert ads in and suggestions for groups that you did not join. Facebook deserves whatever misfortune comes their way. Changing their name will not help them.

Eagle are big on F/B,the Eagles International had a F/B page linked to their web page it maybe back up now,Dale took it down when he got remove from the EI.The deal with F/B now sucks they have a automatic moderator for some pages you post and need to get approval or they remove it lol I pissed someone off on the GM 4106 page who I don't know but they remove anything I post so I don't go there anymore.Lot of bus guys use their wives account lol with F/B just don't give a lot of personal info,F/B has been telling me for 2 years if I don't update my profile with a photo they are going to remove me I just tell them go ahead. I did do 7 days in F/B jail for a comment about a AR-15

Thats why we don't do Fakebook because it always one way or the other gets political.
Clifford as far as getting away from google? That really can't be done no matter what you use, google is involved pretty much everywhere. :)

Frankly, for consistantly good information, and MODERATED, stick with BCM and BNO.

Facebook is so full of boldly stated ignorance, you can easily ruin your bus.

Natural selection is definitely in play, and it is painful seeing some folks so woefully inadequate in skills, knowledge and experience, egged on by the mob, and they buy a bus, and spend until they are destitute, which is very quick for many.

Or the same inadequate ones are offering advice to others...

I understand why the engineers drifted away from these Boards years ago... when you know what works and what doesn't, and the mob want to argue... it gets old fast.

I appreciate that and don't take all advice as stated
