Need some quick help if someone knows this for sure.

Does an Eagle 20 rotate RH or LH?  I've got someone telling me that they are LH because you judge that from looking at the engine from the transmission end, not the rear of the bus.  I've always thought different, but I'm no mechanic.

Either way, is converting one to the other as simple as changing cams with the other engine's?

Thanks

If it's a "T" drive it's a right hand turn engine. If it's a "V" drive, (like GMC and FLX Metros) it's a left hand turn engine.
If you think of it this way it's easier:
A truck has it's engine in the front, rightside up pointed forward.
Now take that same drivetrain and after removing anything in it's way, lift the engine transmission and driveshaft up and over, rotating on the differential.
Now, since the engine and transmission would be upside down, roll it over until it's rightside up.
See?
it's still a right hand turn engine no matter what direction it's pointing.
IHTH.
Thick as mud hunh?
