Kitchen Cabinet Photos

Here are a couple shots of the cabinet I built for the kitchen.  Overall measurement of the top is 73".  They are just sitting in place for the rough fit.  The Corian still needs to be polished and attached but you get the idea.  I'm on break neck speed to get the thing usable by the end of August and I don't even want to think about having to finish all of the wood!

Coming along!  Corian's nice stuff.   I like the under mounted sink arrangement.

The best thing about the Corian is it was free!!  I did a remodel job two years ago and they wanted to replace the Corian with granite.  No problem there.  I think I have enough to do all of the other surfaces I need in the bus.  I have all plans to be at the non-rally if every thing goes halfway according to plan.  When I went last year I had just bought the bus so I didn't really know what to study on everyone's conversion.  How a year changes everything.

Forget the plans!  Plans are a distraction!   
Get a working shower and a porta pottie.   You're self-contained, you're in. 
Kyle's gonna feed us...you won't need a working kitchen.

Looks great-  I see you put your plumbing/electrical run behind the cabinets.  Just make sure you can get to it through your cabinets-there always seems to be something to add or repair that makes that feature much easier on you.  Also, I made my kitchen cabinet kick board 6" since I installed my furnace duct work under the cabinets.  Works well.  Good Luck, TomC

I definitely left provisions for access plus, with the removal of about a dozen screws you can pull the whole cabinet off the base and wall.
