can't help but read all the suggestions on how to lower fuel costs.  boycott retailer brands buying from far east; boycott certain brands for 30 days; use vegetable oil; hang all the futures traders; on and on and ..........

at present, roughly speaking, the US population is three hundred million and rapidly growing. 

sign at border should say:  "Sorry, we are full!  Please make application.  We will contact you when there is a vacancy."

think folks, think!  "What would be the median US price of fuel today if our population was one hundred fifty million people?"

is it necessary for someone to draw a picture for us?
