HI

I Need a sample or copy of a BUS CONVERSION RV appraisal

I'm switching insurance companies and the new Insurance co. needs an RV Appraisal for Agreed Valve Coverage

Does anyone have a copy of an RV Appraisal that you can send me via email.  (hawk_ii_mail   @   Yahoo.com)

This way I can see what their format is and have all the info / pictures / data ready for the Appraiser

I like to do as much of the work before hand so the appraiser I use will charge me a "reasonable" fee

My intent is not to COPY IT - just understand what info/format their looking for - you can cover up any LetterHead or Vehicle ID info

Unfortunately I need this info as quick as possible - I need to have my completed Appraisal to them by June 15th

Thanks in advance

that is not really agreed value coverage...but rather appraised value coverage which is basically what most vehicles have.

Agreed value coverage is when you say I want it insured for this much......and they say it is going to cost you this much for that coverage.

That way you can control what you will get paid if you have a loss.

Leaving it up to an appraiser is going to give you crappy coverage value.....first they will take into consideration the age of the platform, and then compare everything in it to a brand new motorhome.

There are Very few appraisers who know anything about a converted coach, or a coach in general

Doug,
We have agreed value insurance through AOn with National Interstate as the underwriter. Our appraiseal was done by ADP out of Oregon.  We completed the forms and sent a bunch of photos. The appraisal included a list of comparables that were used to justify the value to us and the undwerwriters. (probably a lot higher value than what it is worth in todays market).  The appraisal that they required is what we used for the agreed value. (National Interstate & us agreed that the appraised value is what the bus is worth).  Jack

as long as your appraisal comes in good....

State Farm you just tell them I want coverage of 200k or whatever.... and they base the premium on that
