I'm looking for a new left and right windshield wiper air motor for a 102" RTS. Also rebuild kits for the same. I'm looking for many new RTS parts if anyone has any lying around or purchased any lot-sales.

Thanks a million !!!

A guy on the RTS Yahoo group bought a lot of parts just a few weeks ago.  Probably still find the list on the archives.  Also, Wulf on that group always seemed to have alot of parts.

BTW, if you can't rebuild your air motors, I would think you would want to switch to electric.

Go to www.amequipment.com for custom electric windshield wipers and motors.  I have air motors and am going to replace mine with pantograph type electrics.  They will send you a diagram of your windshield so they can make up your kit.  Good Luck, TomC

I want to stick with stock parts for now and modify later when I have a better shop and more time to get'r done. I still need body and window seal parts along with a good front bumper if anyone has a lead....

Thanks!!!.

Personal opinion?
I would never switch to electric.

At the risk of sounding like a contrary geezer (I am), of all the devices on my bus that need a dose of explosives, the air wipers are at the top of the list.  They work, and they will probably work for years without problems...but, unless you  have  E-Cam wipers, there's no "delay" function (that I"m aware of?? Hep me here!), and the park feature on my drivers side is going to toss the wiper blade one day.  It parks aggressively, to say the least.  This may be a fault...?
I"m going with electric when the next one fails.  Already replaced the drivers side.  The plastic housings will age out and crack.  Then the wipers lose power.
Don't have to have a pantogram unit...any good quality electric conversion would do.
Anyone want to trade one new and one good working MC9 motors for an electric system? ???  Just let me know.
I'll even throw in one new and one good control valve.
If you order a wiper motor, be sure to specify which side it's on if you want the park feature to work correctly.  The valve body can be turned around to make an opposite functioning motor, but if you get the correct motor, this won't be necessary.  And, you won't have to pull it back out to make the mod after installing...like I had to do.
