nice article, funny, are you sure you know what causes it?  Great family.  Are they all as talented as you?

I know what you mean about starting it up.  and once its started, I just want to drive it, and I loose all objectivity and have to be careful or I won't even finish my walkaround before going.  Its a sickness.

Has your father in law come to terms with your bus, or does he understand why you bought it?

Chaz,

I like your story, keep on writing.... Maybe you can do a story on all the duct work you just fabricated?

I thought that was a very good article too!

Is it Chaz...or Chazwood...or both?

Chaz, my nephew use d to play competitive tennis, was ranked like 3rd or 4th in the state.  I feel your pain buddy!

I recall another very funny dude that did two installments when he bought his first bus.  A while back he said he has the third installment sitting there half done or so.

Now that he has 6 or 7 or 8 of the Mighty Scenicruisers now...maybe we should put pressure on him to do the third!

No I'm not one for naming names...however the intials are Kyle Brandt!

How bought it Kyle????????

Sure, just as soon as you send in 2  ;D

The time required for me to finish that 3rd one has been unbelieveable! Still working on the 3rd one about a short (5100 miles) parts run to pick up a few (11,000#) 4501 parts.

Then there is the 4th concerning the 'Eastern Shore' bus.

Then there is one that has to be written concerning this last bus - but that one is still unfolding. . . .  :'(  :P

Every once in a while you make decisions that change your life.......mine was buying this bus.

The only thing as enjoyable as having this bus......... is writing about it. (I'm still possessed)

You guys are a great audience, and very kind.

That picture is about 5 yrs old. Everyone looks much older now....except me. ;D

We leave to go to Mobile AL. this next weekend for a big Jr. tournament and will be trying out our newly installed  "Nick-Me-Bad-to-the-Bone-man's" basement heat pump system. If you deal with anyone else for your air conditioning needs......... you have my sympathies.

So gather round and get comfy.....more good stories are on the way. :D

P.s. give it up, Kyle ;D

Understand? Yes.
Agree? I haven't asked. ;D
As long as it isn't parked in his drive, eclipsing his house, he could care less.

Nick-

That's duck work...... It's what my kids were doing in the shop every time I spent hours on a piece, only to find out it was backwards, too big, too small, wrong side out, wrong side in, or just screwed up in general.

Ducking duct work. :D
