I got the wife to come out and help a little after it got dark.  I ran a 12 volt wire from the batteries to the front of the inside of the bus.  I took most of the fuses out of thier holders trying to make sure i kept up with there each one went.  Then I went to checking to see what i could get to work.  I was worried that the wiring up front might have problems from the fire.

I was able to get
all the clerance lights to work
one set of headlights to work
I found one heater fan and one defroster
two windsheild wipers working
dash lights

Almost every thing but the lights that were in the burn't area of the bus are working.  Now I can sleep better about that.

I found that some on has up dated the steering colume.

They have installed a newer GM with tilt out of a pickup it looks.  This is a bad deal the tilt will not handle the arm strong steering and has all but busted when you go to turn in a bind it tilts on you.

Then again I don't like the dimmer and stuff they have added to the new turn sigianls.  I want to go back to a regular steering wheel and move the head light dimmer back to the floor.  i think I should be able to find where it was there orginally.  I already have a sigstat 900 and am waiting to get it installed.

Things are looking up now maybe i can have this going by the end of the summer.
