I was asked on how things were progressing on the bus gathering in the Rockies in Aug.

Had one of those air head moments were I thought well we could have it at my new place
room for 50 or so buses then Duuh I bought the bus to travel and show Maria the country.

So back to the original plans.

Name:   Bussin Every August Rockies  (BEAR)
Place:http://www.fs.fed.us/r1/gallatin/?page=recreation/sites&site=bakers_hole_campground
When:   Second Monday in August thru that Sunday....2008
Anytime before, during or after that is fine for arrivals and departures.
Agenda: Peace, tranquility and a modicum of BS.
Day trips into Yellowstone (the photo op grandeur thing)
Teaching me a lot of "things or two"
Playing Music when the mood hits ya.
             The rest TBD.

There is no pre campground registration but if you would feel more comfortable I can get links to the registration
sites for most of the ones inside and around Yellowstone.

a Bussin we will go ./. High ho the merry oh

Sorry I won't be able to make it this year. We'll be in southern Wyoming then, but will have a tight schedule this year as we have to drop off the oldest child in Laramie on our way home.

Skipn,

Where on the Oregon Coast? I used to live in Salem and went to the coast a lot. Still do when we are up that way. Some very pretty sites and great places to eat.

Enjoy the trip.

Hmm. Small world. Too bad it's not a couple weeks later. We'll be just north of there. If you go through Baggs, stop in at the Conoco and say hi to Mom. We won't get there till around Aug 9 or 10.

Craig,

I checked with the rest of the group I travel with.

Yes we go through Baggs :) I'm trying to talk them into
taking 220 out of Casper. I would love to stop at Pathfinder lake to fish
the only time I have ever fished there it was below 0 ice fishing :)
I'd like to try it when it is warm out for a change.

Any way Baggs will be a good place to feul up.
Thanks
