Auction Date set for Jan 26th, Move in February some time..

Auctioneer was here Tuesday, took pics and set auction date for January 26th. Everything goes..
I will move as soon as Escrow closes for the buyer.. I'll have to live in an empty house , sleeping on the floor till I get payed for the house and properties ..
Looking at a 24acre farm in Flippin Arkansas for $89,000.
Should be plenty of room for me, Bus, Doggies and Cat

Also theres a 40 acre place too..
In any case, I'll be on my way in Feb..
Lookin forward to the move and starting a new chapter in the life of...

You guys have been a Big help to me.. THANKS.. Also very Ancious ... Anctous ... Excited about getting a New Bus as well..

Took doggies and cat for a 1 hour walk this morning, Yes, Cat went as well. He fallows me every where .
Dog love to Chase him and i Thimk he likes it too..

Great weather here, Mid to low 80s Clear and Wonderful..
Coffee this morning is a mix of Cafe Zanzibar Dark roast and a bit of Hazel Nut i had left.. Pretty good stuff.. All coffees here I Grind and brew myself.... Dont like that stuff thats been Ground the Wrong Way...

WOW. I just sold 20 acres for $25K. Maybe you should move to WV. Had about 5 acres cleared, the rest hardwood which has not been timbered for at least 80 years that it has been in the family.

Man, I would love to get even 1.5 acres for the prices you guys are throwing out. As it is, I'm looking at a 1.5 acre lot I can probably get for $90,000.

The catch here is that I am in a major metro area and not in the middle of nowhere.

No where.. This aint Nowhere..... its... Somewhere.. Near nowhere but around the corner on the Outskirts kinda..

Some one just listed a 40 acred Turkey ranch with 3 Large buildings , 2 measure 50 x 250 ft.. for $149,000
should be plenty of room for Lots of buses Mabee have an Indoor Bus ralley

I know where there is a really nice place in north central Florida that is available. 5-1/2 acres, nice 3-2 home and a 40' x 60' shop with a 24' pit and air compressor, all for $300K.
