"How to Library"! A poll to survey interest in building a reposit of knowledge

We are wondering if a "How To" knowledge library would be of interest to the membership. This library would be a reposit of knowledge gained from the user base. Like a library we would have isles based on model, year, project type......  The library would include photos of projects, outlines, plans, costs, vendors...... We have seen just small pieces of member's complete projects in the past. Gumpy has a good example of documentation of several projects that clearly outling challenges, cost, things to avoid.....

We could then have users go into the library for research on an upcoming project, see what has been done right or wrong, check vendors, print plans, and perhaps even chat with the project owner to learn more details.  If this is something that could help the membership, please vote so the moderators can check to see how we could implement this idea. I know I am ready with just a few projects that took months of research and planning.
