Yep, I know I will eventually be caught.....

Yesterday I received my AQHA magazine (horse stuff) and in reading it I found there was an add from one of
the major bus conversion companies. So of coarse I hid it with the rest of the mags that show high cost conversions.
Which does include MAK mags. So now I feel like a teen hiding the playboys. She has seen pictures of some of
the real fancy ones with slide outs. Way to gaudy for our tastes but the idea of a slide out has peaked her interest
so now when we are on e-bay looking at buses she has asked if that brand could handle a slide out. Of coarse it
didn't :)

So the moral of the story is one busnut in the family is doable.....two in the family very very dangerous.

So I am already starting on the plans for the next one (which is always fun) but if I am lucky it will take
me twenty years to complete the current one.

Just check out all the problems we have with our buses when they don't have slide-outs. That should cure you of any ambitions of adding to your woes by adding slide-outs as well.

Haha - very nice skip. TWO busnuts in the family could be a problem - however, I suspect many in the group are envious!!!   :D  It may be preferable to being called the odd lunatic in the family with a bus.   ;D  ;D

I guess I am old school. I don't care for slide-outs. I guess if I were going to be full-time and spend most of the time parked somewhere that it might be different. Slide-outs are okay when they are out, but when they are in they ruin the flow of the bus, for me anyway.

My wife tolerates the bus thing, as she has tolerated the old hot rods and many other hobbies that I have. I am hoping she will come to embrace it more when we finally have a rig we can take out and enjoy.
