wow, wow, wow!

My compliments and appreciation to Louise, of Sean and Louise of "Our Odyssey"  perhaps I should include apologies for referencing this on the board. but its a really good list of reference materials.

For the several trips I have taken, finding a place to overnight can be quite a challenge.  Especially while driving and when the day is getting late, and all the state parks are full.  Louise lists the reference material she uses along with links to where to buy them.

Louise must have spent a large amount of time, its many pages of helpful hints and comments.

Thank you for this great resource!!  and I hope you do not mind me posting this here.  I did not leave you a message as I have all my cookies set to "prompt me", and Google will not allow me a username with that setting.  Without the user name of course, I cannot leave you a message.

I hope you get some credit from RV bookstore.com for my order, I just ordered most of those recommended books after clicking on your link.

Louise asked me to reply here, since she is not registered on this forum.

First off, thanks for the glowing review -- Louise did spend a great deal of time on it.  That said, the link you posted is now going to the wrong place.  Here is a shorter (and more accurate) link:

We do use these books constantly.  And, no, we don't get any credit for the links we posted to the books -- we just wanted to make it easy for our readers to get them if they wanted them.

Thanks again for the reference, and we were happy to have you post it here.  We hope you find these books as useful as we do.

Thanks for the links and info on each book! Just what we needed.

I hate coming into a strange town late at night and wondering where to stay. Should I try pulling into a commercial rv park at 10pm with a noisy dd? Take a chance at the walmart that all too often has a 'no parking' sign? In many areas truckstops are either packed to the gills with trucks or just down right scary. Least armed with your collection of guides you can see all the choices.

I should have checked your blog earlier. We drove right by santa fe on the 7th. I would have made a side trip just to see the paint job. I haven't been able to talk the wife into flames yet  8)
