Greasing Bay Doors

I have an MC9 and the bay doors have started to groan over the winter.  What is the recommended oil or grease to fix this?

I use the white lithium grease on mine.  Comes in an aerosal spray or a tube.  Thats also what the Prevost dealer uses.  I only use it on my latches, none of the other parts on my doors need it.
