Cooling fan rubbers

Hi was wondering if anyone make the rubber end seals for the ends of the cooling squirrel fans on a mc-7 or makes metal ones ?  Or is it a custom part I have one end that is made of metal the inside set are toast! 
Am I losing a lot of cooling?
Any help would be great thanks

Got ours from Luke in Vineland NJ. Don't know if he has them still.

yes, you are losing cooling.

Fred Hobe focused on the cones, and recommended replacing the decayed rubber ones with metal.
