Hello all,

I am wondering about changing my steering wheel to a smaller one.

Is there a reason for such a large wheel, or was it just tradition?  Would there be any downside to installing a smaller one? And lastly, do you have any suggestions on a pretty direct fit smaller steering wheel?

Thanks

I think more mechanical advantage, even with power steering on my Prevost it is a bit of chore to crank from steering lock on one side to the other.

You have better control and leverage, I changed mine from a 20 inch to a 17 inch VIP  wheel ,1 trip and I changed it back to the 20in wheel  it wasn't fun seems like you had to make a 1/2 round with your hand to get the same results you got with 4 inches on the 20 inch wheel

Hmmm, thanks for your input.  I respect your opinions, so....
