4x6 LED Headlight Conversion - 2025 Update

It seems like it has been a few years since the topic of headlight conversions has been visited. A few of the brands / models listed on other posts are no longer available as well.

I'm looking to convert our 99 MCI 102DL3 to LED headlights as it is getting ready to spend a significant amount more time on the road than out 92 102C3 does.

I've used Grote with trucking applications in the past and they were great but $$$$$.

Has anyone discovered any new options for the LED conversions as technology has progressed?

I put a kit similar to the link below on my 84 mci 9. Have had about 3 years now. Amazing improvement. Bought a harness and relay kit to convert system to 12 volts.

I revisit this issue at least once a year but have yet to pull the trigger on our 96A3.

Sorry bout that, I see you did specify 4"x6" headlights. All these meds they have me on have blurred my vision, good luck!
