This is one of the buses we will see at the SoCal Mini-Rally.  Who can tell me the Year, Make, and Model of this bus?  🤔

The bus is similar to the '68 Fishbowl that I used to own, but the windshield appears to give it away as a Flexible.

This is another bus we will see at the SoCal Rally.  What is the Year, Make, and Model is this bus?

Apparently, it was previously owned by a band called the Chippendales when they were on their World Tour.

That is unfortunate as I wanted to see your bus running again.  Is Nicky canceling, too, or is she still coming to see me?   ;D

Bummer, that is VERY unfortunate that she can't make it.   ;D

Why won't your bus be finished.  You had it running two weeks ago.

Clifford's thoroughness located two problems. We pulled the engine because of mounting problems and Had to wait for parts...

Bummer.  Well, it's better to find the problems now rather than in the middle of nowhere.

First bus looks like my Dad's third bus conversion for our family's use. He did it very basic - a bunkhouse conversion. It was a 1968 Flxible with a 6v71 sideways pusher.  He dubbed it the " Connestoga Wagon" because he bought it in Pennsylvania (Salunga) , where the original Connestoga wagons were built for the pioneers, then he drove it back west to California.
The yellow and green bus looks like our first bus/motorhome. Dad bought it in 1960. It was a 1948 SanDiego city transit bus, an ACF Brill with an underfloor Hall Scott gas engine with a three speed manual that I learned to drive on family trips to Baja when I was 15.  We called it "The Roche Coach", lol, as it is the family name.
    To round it out the second bus/motorhome he created was a 1961 MC-2 with a 6v71natural. A real nice cruiser.....Cheers,   Brian R
