You and others helped me and I will still be a newbie when I sell in 15 years. She is not far from where we did summer vacations in the Poconos when I was a kid. Maybe a little east of Chessie?? Can we get her to log on to the forum here? You are well respected and 100 people read what you sent, but how do we help her if she is undercover so to speak?
