Was reading a discussion this evening over on FB about DD3 and Spring brakes, which reminded me of a thread I started here on BCM awhile back.  Thanks to Ian's BNO Archives, I found the link to the thread, but when I searched for it here, I get a "page missing" error.  Here's the link:
