AIR PSI GOVERNOR HELP

Hello everybody I am new to this 41 0 4 I am learning is fast as I can I can't get air pressure to stabilise it just keeps building and building Hmm sure it's the way the governor is plumbed anybody could help me out I would appreciate it

Should cut in at 90 and cut out at 125. No idea how yours is plumbed but a new governor is only about $20. I would try that

Sounds like the compressor unloader isn't operating properly. If your governor is new a operating properly its telling the compressor to unload buts its not. You may be able to open the cover to the unloader and watch its function. On You Tube the bus grease monkey has a video of doing just that - check it out!

Have you tried to adjust it ?,when you remove the cap the adjustment inside screws down to lower the pressure,very few governors come pre adjusted

Have you confirmed that the signal line is sending air from the pressure side of the system back to the governor? It needs to know that the pressure has been reached. I drove a semi this summer where the line had come loose, and the governor never knew that pressure had been reached so it kept building till the safety blew.
