It is not a work shop it is a insulated, air condition shop so I can park my Country Coach in when we are not using it with a 12 ft wide concrete pad to park outside too,The approach apron and 1st 10 feet of the building will be 7 inches thick the remainder will be 6 inches thick with # 4 rebar on 12 inch centers.I have a 80w x 100L x 24 H on the property I could convert to a  shop if I wanted to work  ;D and Scottsdale would stop messing with me plus I still have my place in Mohave Valley 40x60x18 .I bought this place sold it and to take it back this year or I would stay in Mohave Valley ( when it is cool that is )

Critical is compaction of ground before pour. My shop is 48 x60  Morton building. Roof pitch was increased for storage.15 foot ceiling, 12x12 doors. As long as I don't  get a newish Prevost, my 4905 fits nicely. 1" inch clearance above roof airs. Building has 9" insulation in walls and 12" in ceiling. Stays 72 to 73 in hottest part of summer. 32 in winter. If doors are kept closed.

Compaction is not a problem in this granite, I had to under cut the granite for a cushion, we go higher in AZ because of the heat rising

What's Tee time and at which course. No wonder they want money for permits with all the Golf Course in that area or are they all private?
