PD4501 Slider side window runner

I have the single pane side windows in the PD4501, and am finally planning to replace the last broken window and one plexiglass side window. When I removed the opposite side window so that I can take them to the glass shop to make duplicates of all the rubber just broke apart. Anyone know of a source for the glass rubber for both the glass and the window surround. I will need at least two windows worth.

All the stuff was available a decade ago, Toronto was fully re-building T6H 5307, fresh windows and all.

Got to be something on a shelf somewhere that will work?
