It has been a while since I posted here, finally getting back to work on my bus, I gutted my bathroom and in the process decided that I would like to try and locate the side windows. I need everything including the little hour glass trim parts. If anyone has a set or knows where there is a set for sale please let me know, I am looking to put them in on both sides.

I am also looking for a bay door, the curb side rear most bay door on my bus has a big scrape down the side. I know that these parts are not easy to come by but figured I would ask anyway.

You can see the ones I am looking for they were covered over in this pic.

You sure you wouldn't prefer Pennisula direct replacement windows with slider screens? GMCs aren't convenient to make your own screens. They aren't cheap, come in black or silver aluminum finish, but are ure nice.

I wouldn't mind going that direction, except that I have to buy 8 windows then.

Do the frames kind of match the original ones?

I replaced my transit windows that swinged open up for emergency that were rattly and loose with single pane Motion windows from Peninsula Glass. The bus is so tight now, I keep the bathroom roof vent cracked open all the time, otherwise when the front door is shut, will pop your ears with the pressure. Spend the money for good windows-it is probably one of the best investments you can make for both vision and heat/cold prevention. Good Luck, TomC

Oh yes, they match perfectly. Check motion windows.

Thanks for the info, I may have to go this route at least for the missing window, I just wish that they weren't so expensive.

If you ultimately go for one of these windows, you won't regret it. They come packaged extremely well, btw. One thing to consider is whether a screened slider window would be best in that location. You could move one of the front ones back into that location and install the new one upfront to have fresh air when parked or going down the road. This will, of course, depend on the layout of your interior.

Do they slide from each end like the originals or only from one?

Just heard back , they only slide from rear to front and they take 8 weeks to manufacture.

I would still have to source the trim panels...

I am going to keep searching for an original, but nay have to order one.

I have 3 of their windows in my bus already, I don't really like the look of them from the interior since you can see the mounting holes. I also don't like that they don't swing open like the originals from what I have seen on their site.
