Cheap and China would be fine. It's not something I'm in a tearing rush for.

Try AliExpress. I just did a quick search on "terminal block" and got 15,000+ hits.

Its the last thing but its still on the list.

While it is clearly usable as a terminal block, it also appears that it could be used for routing, like the copper busses in MCI panels...but independently. I have a few that are copper... the power feed line goes in and is secured by the hex screw, whatever is being "fed" routes on the spades (I prefer screw terminals as well, with a fuse or breaker)...and the other hex goes to chassis.

Go to your local Grainger,C E D ,Rexel or County Electric supply and ask them if they carry Bucanan terminal blocks or an equiv in Bussman or Allen Bradly.Try to find a sales person that has some miles on him. These young kids they are hiring these days just don't get it.

Granger sounds possible. I think there might be a branch off Chris Drive in west Columbia. I'll have to see when I'm passing there next.

I know what you mean about box shifters that don't have a clue. The vast majority of retail imho is the equivalent of workfare.

I tend to regard all minimum wage jobs like retail as workfare.

At least they are working. Look at Restaurants, most make less than minimum wage or at minimum wage but with tips they make a whole lot more.

Keep in mind that professional drivers are still considered unskilled labor by many.

Hi yo silver

Try Cole-Hersey for electrical parts. I used to find it at Fleet Pride.  Dennis

Does anyone remember 'Lafayette Electronics' or the early days of 'Radio Shack'?

That's true. I'm not making a whole lot. I took the job in order to learn to drive my motorhome. Also it paid better than my last few jobs. Driving is not a career choice - it's an in between jobs job.

I came to the conclusion many years ago that there were no jobs worth having in sc. hence the bus project was started. So I can get the Hell out of this s---hole.

Just remember, if the grass truely is greener on the other side of the fence, then it is usually because the yard is full of poop.

You are a creative guy.  If you can't find what you want for a reasonable price, then there have already been plenty of workable suggestions.

I know kids coming out of engineering and design school who do not know what BumWad is, or how to use a book to find a conversion factor. They better hope there is an endless supply of power...forever.
