Hi all,

Does anyone have a good site to order front/rear axle covers with lug nut covers that are NOT removeable?  I have the cheat lug nut covers that rust up pretty quickly.  I went online to www.raneystruckparts.com but there have 3 diff types.  33mm thread on, 33mm push on, 1.5" push on.

I don't remember seeing any threads so I think I need the push on but I guess I'm also looking for a "top hat"??  I think that's what they call when it's all one piece.

I'm just tired of messing with the individual covers and want to install one shot, one kill.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Luvrbus,

I looked at that website and it didn't have a lot of information.  Are they specifically just for busses so measurements are not an issue?  Other sites I've looked at had different size options.

Also, the price seems a lot higher than where I've looked elsewhere.  Do you know the reason for that?  Do you have any more information on that company?  Is that your company?

They are top quality. Send them an email with any questions. If they are too expensive in your eyes, there are some China imports at lower price point, although some aren't stainless steel so will require attention to avoid rust creeping through the plating over time. You can check Amazon for some.

Now that I looked at some more sites, that price isn't too bad afterall.  I think what I was missing is the difference between stainless steel and chrome plastic.

I sent them an email for a few more pics and how they are mounted.  It looks like it's one piece that covers the neck and all of the lug nuts.

I also assume that the front axle set will cover the tag axle set too.  So with front/rear/tag axle, looks to be $1000 which is doable.

If you haven't purchased yet, you might also check out Iowa80 website. I purchased from them in the past and I've never been disappointed with either their products or service.
