Hi all,

Im missing a turbo to exhaust clamp, and I need some help in getting a part number. In this photo, Im pointing to the joint where the clamp should be. What goes here?

BenMC7

There is NO clamp in that area.  There is a ring between the parts that connect to the turbo and the other to the exhaust (similar to a piston ring).  But there is no clamp.  I think it was done this way for possible movement and to prevent cracks.

Youre right, there are a series of expanding rings there. I put my hand on the downtube, and the whole tube moved and broke away from the muffler.

Yep, Ben hit it on the head. Those rings are all that holds it in place. The rest of the exhaust system has to be bracketed or supported at or near the muffler for everything to stay together. I have an aftermarket aero muffler now so I have to fabricate a new bracketing system.
