Anybody looking for a 4104? B&B Coach Works in Las Vegas has one for sale. Interior needs updating, but is usable. Body is very straight, but has a funky tailgate because of the powertrain swap to a 6V92TA/V-730 that starts instantly with NO smoke at all. Best of all - Gary's asking only $2500!! Powertrain alone is worth that! Call B&B at (702) 873-4415 if interested. Don't let this one go to the scrapper! (Sorry no photos, but Gary can send you some.)

PS: Just found out this coach is listed in the classifieds here on BCM - go check it out!

It's worth buying it for the generator alone . . .

I talked with the shop owner.
He does not know anything about the bus.
To far away for me.
I would loved to had it just to see it and feel it.
For nothing else extra parts.

Hi, Ned.  I can only guess but my guess is that the long engine engine demanded a change to the engine compartment -- it just stuck out further and had to be accommodated.  It happens sometime (don't ask me how I know).

It might a sleeper rocket in 4104 clothes, but it looks a tad bit disheveled. Some campground owners might put up the closed sign when it pulls in, but for the price it will house someone down the road. Might be good for a retired guy with a blind wife. There are a lot of beautiful 4104's out there, this one will make them look better.

original engine was a straight 6, installed a V6, extra room was needed or no engine door, the bussell is not very professionally done, but works, interior is ragged out, but good bones and functional, lvmci...

Oh gee, now I feel bad. Maybe I should have said every bus looks prettier to the person that worked on it.

I am not sure we posted Van's video of this Gem in the rough here yet, so here it is...

Check it out.  This bus won't last long at that price.  With a little TLC, this would be a great bus and you can't loose your money on it as if it was cleaned up a bit, you will always be able to sell it for more than you bought it for.

Van - Is this the one that comes with the 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty?
