country coach won't start

Friend has problem with his country coach magna 630 with i s x 600, won't start with key, dash has power, he can jump the starter and turn it over but no fuel, dash says it "can't find brake sensor lead". Any ideas

For the archives, someone evidently tried to charge it at 24v and fried a relay, and same person or other idiot threw the emergency shutdown causing a no fuel situation, my buddy stole this thing loaded with 40k miles for 140 thousand, makes it hard to figure how building is cost effective
