I replaced my big square box air filter with a round Donaldson ECO Filter but in so doing I now have no place to plumb my air compressor supply line to. Is there a suitable filter that can be installed for this? How much CFM does the air compressor need? Thanks

John you can buy the filter and housing from NAPA that bolts to the compressor just use the 750 cfm number and you are good ,if don't find one I have a 1/2 dozen laying around here

When we turbo'd the engine, we disconnected the compressor from the intake and added the air filter directly to the air compressor. It is the smallest air filter I've ever seen. Most any big truck parts house will have the replacement for it. Or just cut and plumb in a new fitting on the new filter. Good Luck, TomC

My compressor air intake is plumbed into the pipe between the filter and turbo.  Just one less filter to buy and remember to change.

Unfortunately I cannot plumb to the new filter & there is not enough room in the metal pipe leading to the turbo & there is 2 rubber boots that I can't plumb to so I'll have to try the bolt on filter that Clifford is referring to. Thanks everyone.
