I have full coverage from Progressive on our Prevost in North Carolina. I do have $500 deductible for a windshield though. I just ordered and received a replacement from Prevost for $280 and free shipping and will install myself.

That's interesting, Tom.  I was on the phone with them for about an hour or so -- as I said, I offered to move all my insurance policies over, etc. but they flatly refused to offer me any coverage,  at the time I was looking for liability only - maybe that's the problem, or maybe they just didn't like my bus.  The agent on the line had to keep putting me on hold and going away to ask her manager questions.  After the final 10-minute hold, it was "no, we won't offer you coverage on that vehicle".   Oh, well, I have it with State Farm and it seems to be OK.

I have had all my insurance with State Farm for over 40 years, even had the Eagle bus covered with liability. But when I tried for full coverage on the Prevost, they wanted to charge me for the value of the coach when new which made the premium real high. I got my Progressive coverage through an Independent Agent and our Prevost was converted from new by Hoffman. Don't know if any of that made any difference or not.
