MCI5C FRONT BUMPER RUB RAIL

I believe it is part #3r-21-5. Mci , IBP and vintage parts. http://www.vpartsinc.com does not have one.
Any one know where I can get one or have this one restored? It is the rubber piece that goes across the bumper with the fog light cut outs.
