Reinstalling OTR heat

So our biggest and greatest regret was removing the OTR heat in our bus. Stupid I know. I have no idea why I did it except that I was so energetic during the stripping process of our conversion I must not have been thinking straight. I am wanting to attach pex to the copper coolant lines that formerly ran to the heater core but are now cut. So I am trying to figure out the best way to do this simply. I was going to cut the copper lines here (the two outside large diameter lines are the coolant lines) and somehow see if I could get it reduced to 1" Barrier pex. Then I was going to run it through the floor up to a radiator in the coach with a blower. In the summer, I would close the gate valves. In the winter if we are driving somewhere cold, I just open them up. Is this the easiest way to make this happen? These photos are taken from the luggage bay access panel in the ceiling of the very front luggage bay.

can't you run it on the ceiling of the bays and cut through the aluminum bay dividers

in my shop I have air forced heaters that I run pex to , but I had to be a little creative to make them work as they were set up for 3/4" heater hose

the heat is nice for the driver and defog the windshield. the guy that converted my 102a2 did the same. the front heat is left intact on my mc5, the plumbing from the back was all unhooked,so i ran 3/4 copper over the left rear wheel and long the floor along the edge and evened the floor above it with blue board warm driving was worth the inch of head room, helps in the rain and early morning driving. i used ball valves so its easy to turn off and left the temp control valve in the system so i works as soon as the temps get below 65.
