biodiesel in a bus -- 8v 71

hay there -- is any one running biodiesel in a bus - gmc - mci ect with an 8v-71??? If so I would like to talk to you.  I have an mci 5a with an 8v71 and an allison - I am geting atarted making biodiesel and would like to talk to any one with experience running biodiesel.  I am talking biodiesel  heated tresterifaction -  not waste vegetable oil.     Any way -- if any one has any experience please get a hold of me - I am interested in power loss or gain - mileage loss or gain ect thanks jeff 503-319-7575  I am aware of having to swap out soft fuel lines to vitron type material - I also want to know about any o rings or seal in the fuel pump or system that need to be changed out- thanks again jeff
