Parking break air pressure regulator

Where do I find this regulator on a 1988 MCI 102

I'm not sure on the 1988 102, but on my 1985 96A3 the parking break pressure regulator is in the rear axle area.  It is mounted on the same framework the leveling valves are mounted on.  Two large air hoses connect to the pressure regulator.
