Northeast bus gathering - take over?

Hi Guys

I was trying to organize a rally in late June for all the Northeast bus owners.  I've done some work with the chamber of commerce up in Lake George NY and have some possible campgrounds for us but I am struggling to find the time to organize this.  Back in March, part of our barn collapsed in the snow and I've been dealing with the insurance and now contractors for the re-build.  This has consumed all of my spare time and I have not even uncovered the bus yet.

Hey Guys,

I kind of got this ball rolling by asking who had buses in or around the northeast, but being new to buses/rv's and camping , I can't be much help in planning .   Nelson
