 I've seen that twice over the years. Once driver caught a high curb going around corner and other time spring shackle/bolts were severely rusted.

I very rarely come over a good school bus driver, I've interviewed a few over the year and everything from nearly running me over to one not knowing where the brake pedal was (left or right of the steering column).

Only time I ever saw the axle come unglued from a truck chassis like that it took a broadside collision on a country road and the car driver that hit truck ended up dead.
