SE Busnuts Hoboken Rally Member question

As many of you might know, Susan & I are planning a trip to Missouri in hopes of buying a new to us RV/toy hauler and were thinking about possibly catching the rally in Hoboken on the way home!
IF the truck deal doesn't go as planned, or we simply don't make it in time, and we've already paid for the rally, can those funds be used for a future rally? 
I've tried calling two officers but no answer or reply!
Hopefully someone with knowledge will chime in before it's too late!
Our plans were to leave for Missouri on the 25th but have changed to the 1st so that should give us just the right amount of time IF all goes as planned!

Susan took off early today and met me at the bank to finalize the paperwork and we're all set to go and make the best deal we can up to $100k. Yea I was taken back on that too and I told the loan manager, it definitely won't be anywhere near that! She just laughed!
Leaving 11-1, getting excited!
