Side Marker Light wiring??

Was working on the bus last night ('02 BlueBird FE 5.9 Cummins - 28 footer) and went to hook up the side marker lights - they did not work. after testing I got no juice with a test light. Test the clearance lights - they work just fine. There doesn't seem to be any separate fuse for the side marker lights as opposed to the clearance lights so I'm not sure what is going on.

Just a chance that anyone else has had experience with this... Anyone?

Obviously, I will have to break into the wiring schematic and torture myself a bit if you guys don't save me with a good answer.
