How or where do I attach a pdf that is larger than 512KB????????

I have some info regarding Greyhound Lines 100th Anniversary. Would love to post here, but I can not figure out how to resize and attach the pdf down to required 512 KB file size. Or is there a place on the site that I can upload as is

You can not resize a pdf due to the way the file works.

All you can do in this instance is include a pointer URL in your post to the file in some other publicly accessible web site.

I'm not sure if this will work, you may be able to share the link from the one you posted on bus grease monkey.  Someone who's not a member of bus grease monkey let me know if that works for you.
