PD 4104 Traveling South thru Cajon Pass

About 645 pm tonight I saw a green converted 4104 Traveling south on I-15 thru Cajon Pass. I was traveling northbound when I saw it. Unfortunately to catch the bus I would have to travel 6 miles up hill and then race back down to find it. Not possible. Anyone from her traveling to Southern California today?
