Charter Bus tragedy in California: 7 dead

The bus driver was NOT at fault. Just a reminder to stay safe. Don't let yourself get distracted by cell phones, etc. Keep your eyes open and scanning the highway and your mirrors. Take rest breaks at least every 2 hours. Get up and walk around. (with the bus parked! Duh!) Lie down for 15 minutes  on your sofa to get your blood circulating in your legs and head.

In this case there may have been absolutely nothing the bus driver could have done.
