Hi all,

Just spotted a beautiful MC-6 headed south on Hwy 550 just north of Ridgway. Looked and sounded great. Any idea of it was one of us BusNuts?  Coach was white.  Hard to have picked a prettier day for this particular drive.

550 South of of Ridgway

Isn't that kind of a (as the Beatles say) long and winding road??

A 6 is a wide body bus too.

Just asking.

Sure is, but no problem for a wide body coach, as long as the driver has some mountain experience.

Not that I noticed, but I wasn't looking for a name. He was headed past my house at speed. Wish I had noticed him sooner for a better look.

Just was wondering if it was Gary S's from Alaska that sold it a while back.

I just sold my bus last August and it has been all over the southwest and Mexico this winter. It should be in Colorado right now. Was it white with a blue stripe down the center like the one in my blog?    Www.my69mci-6.blogspot.com

That's a awesome to know he still running around down there in it. I just got word that he was on his way to California for a month and then going to be parking it for the summer in Montrose Colorado. I sure miss that bus!!! :(

Nice to know that coach is coming back to my neck of the woods. I would love to know where he will be parking it in the Montrose area. Downtown is just 15 miles north of my place. I hope to have a chance to see it in person. Gary's pictures have had me drooling for quite a while.

Dave,
I believe they are going to San Diego for the majority of the time in California?
As far as the bus being parked in Montrose, I'm not sure where it will be? Their sister owns a Mexican restaurant in town and I'm not sure if it will be parked at her place or at their recreational house there? I do know he's wanting to bring it back to Alaska but would also like to have it down there, so it's hard to say what they'll end up doing for sure.
