Found this request on the Hershey, PA bus museum's website; if you have any information, please contact Ed:

Can you help us find a wiring diagram for a NON-Greyhound 4103?  Our 4103, although painted as a Greyhound, started revenue service in the Quaker City Bus Co. fleet in Philadelphia in 1952.  We have learned that 4103s delivered to carriers other than Greyhound are different.  If you have or know of a wiring diagram, please contact Ed Wolf at 717-528-4132.

He used to have a 4103 but I have no clue if it was ever a hound or not!
