Hi,
I have a Trace inverter / Charger PS 2524.
The house batteries are in a slide out.
When I pulled out the drawer I broke the battery temp sensor wire.
The break ( pull ) tore the wires from the sensor.
Does anyone have one or know what is used in the sensor.
It is molded into a rubber block.
Could be a thermocouple or a thermister or some other thing.
The inverter/charger does not work very good with out it.
Any help would be good.
Thanks
Frank

The part you are looking for is a BTS-15 or BTS-25. there is a thermister in the block. The number indicates the length of the wire. These are readily available, so there is no need to do without the correct part.

Good luck.
