4104 Leveling Cheap

I checked "Search on this subject", and found the methods out
of my price range. My bus was near free, but between bills and
furlough days aint got the funds for a fancy airing system.

My question will hopefully have an easy answer. Where do I place
my 6"x 6" x 36" lego blocks with pull ropes on them?
Axle? Bumpers?
