Hi Folks,

I will be delivering a Prevo H3-45 back to my client this weekend in Tenn. and wanted to make a stop at

the Aquarium in Baltimore. I called there today and the women said she had no idea where I would park..

I will be towing my H2 Hummer and taking my wife and son along too. Any Ideas or info would be a big help!

Thanks

Nick,

I don't think you will be able to park that rig anywhere in the Inner Harbor, so I would suggest parking outside of town and driving in with the Hummer.

We were barely able to squeeze our 40' coach with no toad into the one and only lot in the inner harbor that allows it (see here: http://ourodyssey.blogspot.com/2011/10/waterfront-property-in-baltimore.html).  I don't think you could maneuver a 45' coach past the ticket machine and into the lot, and for sure you'd need to unhook the toad (and pay for it separately) first.  If you are able to get into that lot, it's across the harbor from the aquarium, so it would also be a bit of a hike.

Our backup plan was to park in the oversize section of the long-term lot at BWI and take transit to the Inner Harbor, which might also be an option for you.

HTH,

Hello:    We stayed in a RV park and drove the car down. Car parking was very expensive.  However we did have a great time.  Ships are a coast guard cutter and a sub I believe..    long time ago..

Thanks Sean..

Sounds like good advice! Maybe it would be better to try and hit it on the return trip without the coach.

Thanks also Mike!

Nick - it's been a few years - So long ago that we parked where the Marriott didn't exist yet - best bet now would be east of the Marriott between Lancaster and Fleet streets - On a side note other than Camden Yards the Harbor was a big disappointment Have you done Norfolk yet?
