I just called a local diesel truck parts place here in Altamonte Springs, FL and they said the fuel filters for my coach would cost $8 or $9 per filter. That seems low. Are they confused? I just need a primary and secondary. Are they different micron ratings? Everyone tells me I can get them from NAPA but my local NAPA doesn't deal with stuff out-of-the-ordinary like a big coach...

8 bucks each is about the right price for fuel filters I buy the oil and both fuel filters from WW Williams in set for less than 28 bucks with shipping when they have the sell every year and I load up lol now if I could only find buys on the ECO air cleaners don't be afraid of your local DD dealers good deals at the dealers sometimes  and BK gave you the right numbers easy filters to find even Carquest  and so do most O'Relly and AutoZone in my area

The oil filter Scott the 3 filters come in a set both fuel and oil filter when they have a sell

good luck

Thanks BK for the numbers. When I ask them for fuel filters for my Detroit Diesel 92 series, they don't want to help. Give them a part number, and viola! Thanks SO much. My local NAPA DOES have them after all...in stock just as you said. Cliff told me long ago to go to NAPA too, but I went about it the wrong way. Cliff, what oil are you talking about in the $28 set?

Good price.

Just bought a pair from the Detroit Dealer, genuine Detroit Diesel filters, taxes in for the pair, just over $18.

Base price for each was under $9.

In Canada too.

happy coaching!

Big noob question here...  Do any of these numbers also work on the 8V92?  I'm not sure how modular the two engines really are when it comes to stuff like this, but with an 8V92T coach headed toward my garage in a week or two, it pays to be ahead of the game.  I learned early-on in the diesel game to always keep a spare fuel filter or two on board any vehicle.  Thanks, guys.

Cheers, John

Thanks again all. I replaced them today for the first time. I'm not going into detail as to why my last two were majorly clogged...but I can say this, my coach is running 100% better with the new filters. Wow....serious wow.  :o
